Perimeter Systems Enters the Residential Market

SANFORD, N.C. (August 28, 2002) – Perimeter Systems, a division of Southern Aluminum Finishing Company, Inc., announced today that they have entered the residential construction market with the creation of the Designer Series Residential Gutter and Cornice Systems. Perimeter Systems has previously offered their Designer Series Gutter and Cornice Systems for only commercial projects.

The Residential Gutter and Cornice Systems feature four sculptured profiles in two sizes that easily collect and deliver water from large roof areas. The Roman profile is Perimeter Systems’ most popular and best selling system. This profile system replicates classic, historic cornice work. Designed to compliment high quality residential homes, the Colonial profile is the second best seller and imitates colonial era cornice work. The Batten profile is designed to withstand heavy snow and ice conditions and looks like more residential board and batten materials. The Contemporary series offers a sleek, clean appearance. This residential system, combined with sculptured trims, fascia covers and soffits, produces a cornice that is beautiful, durable and cost effective. All four of the custom, built-in gutter systems offer strong design and character to any residential project.

As with their commercial series systems, Perimeter Systems offers total in-house finishing capabilities and can custom match the gutter and cornice systems to other building components.
